Getting older I would like to avoid (as much as possible) fine lines, wrinkles and in particular crows feet. I have been researching anti-aging skin care products and tips.

Any anti-aging advice is welcome! Tell me what that young-looking person down the road does... what has worked for you personally... Any advice really.

Thank you in advance.

This conversation pops up all the time while talking to clients.

The sun in in excess is very damaging to the skin. I'm stressing the word excess because I have also seen clients go the other way fearing the outdoors which is ridiculous.

Alcohol in excess is said to age the body. Moderation, moderation, moderation.

Diet. Eating healthy helps give a great natural glow.

Smoking. Cigarette smoke has carbon monoxide that removes oxygen from skin. Linked to aging skin.

Sleep plenty. Eat well. Drink alcohol seldom. Reduce stress. Don't cook in the sun. Drink water.

I think it is stress and poor diet that cause aging problems. No matter the stress, it make the body produce stress hormone like cortisol. Frowning too sets the face in negative position.

Thanks for the tips. I agree, lots of people go into hiding from the sun.

I suggest applying aloe vera to the foot area. It's antibacterial and very soothing.

Eat lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables! You can also use stuff from your kitchen to make very healthy masks for your skin. While peeling a cucumber for example, take a piece of it and massage the whole face for a few minutes. Tomato juice is very good, too. Combine it with lemon or avocado. I even found that coffee could do some good for tired skin! It's cheap and it's definitely worth trying.

Thank you for the tips! Eating lots of vegetables really does give skin such a vibrant glow. I will definitely try combining the tomato and lemon. :)

One of lots of ways to stay young its biorevitaliztion. With age production of hyaluronidase become much bigger then production of hyaluronic acid. So with age, there become less hyaluronic acid, that make skin dry. To stay young longer you could make an biorevitalization injections that consists of
unstabilized hyaluronic acid. For more information about this procedure talk to your dotor.

Please, be careful! Its an injection so before making speak with your doctor and find experienced specialist!

Thanks, interesting blog article on the foot mask. You might be interested in trying pumice stones for exfoliation. I have two myself.

Yes. The body cannot function on sleep deprivation.
