I’ve pressed the button several times thats meant to restart my modem. I wait for the wifi light to appear then I connect. Shortly afterwards my wifi manages to drop out which is so frustrating when I video call. Does anyone know what the problem is with my internet connection?

Does your router have one or two frequencies?

The signal is likely interfering or your device too far from router.

I think one? There's only one network when I search for networks.

I'm confused. Is a router and a modem the same thing?

Have you tried moving your router around to a different part of the house? Your neighbor's router could be near the same shared wall or too close.
