Looking for healthy snacks to eat on the go, even simple recipes. Prefer something to sustain sugar levels. What healthy snacks do you guys eat?

I eat some dried fruits and nuts, they fill me up but don't give me much energy.

Woolworths sell bounce protein balls - they’re a tiny and dense but surprisingly filling protein treat. I keep a couple packets in my handbag for when I begin feeling flat. They’re around $3 each so I wait until they go on special at 50c to $1 off - they’re on special now at Woolworths.

Seen them at Woolies but haven't tried. Will do now. Thanks
