Ok, this might sound like a simple answer but I'm having trouble with sweets and all. I'm an absolute sweettooth which is what landed me in trrble with my weight in the first place.
Im trying to find low calories desserts with no compromise on taste!! Does anyone have any tips or tricks on low calorie yet satisfying desserts I can buy or make?

I’m a firm believer that it’s not what you eat. It’s how much you eat.

I eat a cookie with a hot drink or an oat snack bar which are super easy to make. As for desserts, ice cream and fruit is a fave of mine. Nothing too heavy.

I love fruit salad on its own or ice cream on its own. Please not together! For me at least. Ha!

Oats, however, I don't mind so much! I'll try an oat slice.

I used to drink lots of sodas where I would literally crave Fanta, Pepsi and Mountain Dew(my favorites!). I'm proud to say that I've managed to give them all up for good. I feel so much healthier without the intense sugar highs and lows.
