I've been drinking Barista Bros and Dare iced coffee but would rather make a saving by making my own. That way I can prepare the coffee the night before and drink it everyday without the cost and store visit. I have a coffee machine, a grinder and full cream milk. What beans do I buy to get the richest flavour? Should I use instant coffee? Vietnamese style is said to be really tasty although I really don't know. .......................... Any help for a first timer? :)

Have you tried making coffee as usual and freezing it as an ice cream?

Totally refreshing on a hot summer's day!

I love cold coffee with chocolate ice cream but honestly speaking, I never tried it at home.

Tasted great but I won't be able to sleep. :) Ah but it's worth it.

I only have vanilla at the moment. I'll try chocolate when I go down to the shops.
