i don't think I'm getting all the vitamins from my food which makes me think that i've exhausted my vitamin and mineral reserves which is causing my lack of sleep. Doctor says that melatonin is the next thing to try.

i'd like to try supplementing first to see if my body can begin creating melatonin again, like if there's a deficiency thing going on behind the scenes. i think there is a deficiency because i was n-e-v-e-r like this until the last 12 months ish.

i'd be so so thankful if you can tell me the vitamins (or foods) I need for healthy sleep and energy. i suspect being female my iron might be low... any help pls!

You'd need blood tests to know if you're deficient in anything.

B vitamins are good for energy. I buy Aussie Natures Way B vitamins.

I've bougt these vitamins, https://www.centrum.com/centrum-women which I've been taking for two weeks so far.. they're meant to be in quantities for women.. so I'll see how i go. So far I feel like I have more energy but the sleeping side of things is still very disturbed

We hae natures way too, yours looks different/ because it's the same name, is it from the same company?

A very good multivitamin for vitamins A, D, E, C, B1, B2, niacin and B6 is Epresat.

Always arrange the appointment with a doctor first. Undergo the directed health analysis they provide to understand levels of deficiencies and for advice.
